The Late Yvonne Duckworth

Passed away at the Royal Adelaide Hospital on 25th February.
Lovingly adored Mother to Craig and Thea, Loving Mother-in-law to Candy and Kris.
Cherished Nanna to Remy, Kane, Hannah, Rosie and Evie.
Loving friend to Jazmyn and Chelsea.
The Duckworth family respectfully advise that they will be holding a private service to honour Yvonne.
Family and friends are then invited to celebrate Yvonne’s life at the Somerset Hotel, Thursday 6th March from 3pm – 5pm.
